How does Introw calculate commission?

Plans use CRM filters, a reward type (% of any deal property or flat fee), and a frequency (one-time or recurring). Commission lines calculate automatically as deals progress.

Can partners see their commission in real time?

Yes. Expected commission appears on every deal card, with a clear pending vs. confirmed status indicator. Partners also get a full commission dashboard in the portal.

What is a Commission Statement?

A bundle of all eligible commission lines for one partner, time period, and currency. Creating it triggers the invoice and approval workflow automatically.

How does multi-currency work?

Each partner has a configured payout currency. Statements auto-convert every commission line into that currency, regardless of what the deal closed in.

Can a partner have more than one plan?

Yes. Stack multiple plans per partner, for example a recurring MRR commission plus a one-off closed-won spiff. Both calculate independently and roll into the same statement.

How do partners submit invoices?

Through the portal, or by replying to the commission email with the invoice attached. Both routes flow into the same approval workflow.

Does Introw process the actual payout?
