MCP integration: Run your partner program in your favorite AI interface

You already run your partner program from Claude. Now your partners get the same, connecting Introw's Partner MCP to the AI they already use to register deals, check commissions, and collaborate, without ever opening a portal.

The problem

Your partner program is stuck in a portal, invisible to the AI tool you already work in every day.

The solution

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI tool to Introw over MCP, and it reads your live partner data and acts on it headless, straight from the interface you already use.

Works with the tools your team already runs on

Any AI client connects over MCP, and each gets live partner context where your team already works.

Zendesk, Jira & other support tools: get answers from your help center, resolve partner tickets with live status and sourced replies, logged back to the record
Gemini, Notion AI, and Langdock: pull partner data into the docs, sheets, and wikis you already use
Cursor, Windsurf, and Lovable: build custom dashboards and internal tools on live Introw data
Interface box with text 'Register this $20k deal in the portal' and various app icons floating above it.

Turn repetitive work into a single prompt

Introw's skill library packages recruitment, tier reviews, QBR prep, and coaching into reusable plays your assistant already knows.

Run from Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, Teams, or any other AI tool over MCP
Each prompt calls live data, so every answer traces to a real record
Every update logged to the CRM, sensitive actions held for a human
Interface showing requests for partner portal and tiering, asking how much to sell to reach gold tier this quarter.

Prep a QBR in seconds

Ask your assistant to assemble the whole review, not build it by hand.

Pipeline, goals, activity, and commissions in one ready-to-edit brief
Two to four hours of prep collapsed into seconds
Every partner gets one, every quarter
Dashboard showing Amazon Q1 2026 Quarterly Business Review details with a prompt to generate a QBR for Partner X.

Register a deal conversationally

Do it in plain language from wherever you're working.

Conversational submission in under 90 seconds, no 14-field form
Real-time channel-conflict detection at the moment of entry
Clean writeback to your CRM source of truth
Interface showing a $20,000 Acme deal in negotiation stage with a toggle to register deal with partner.

Query your ecosystem in plain language

Ask the question, skip the RevOps cycle.

"Which Gold partners are at risk?" answered in seconds, not days
Audit the whole base for tier promotions and demotions, comms drafted
Real-time answers, no analytics ticket
Dashboard showing three Gold partners with risk signals and syncing insights to CRM records.
How it works

Connect in one click. Ready in a minute.

User interface showing a Quick setup section with buttons to copy MCP Server URL and read MCP connector docs.

1. Copy the MCP server URL

Interface showing an AI tool input with server URL https://app.introw.io/api/mcp and a Create button.

2. Add it in your AI tool

Paste it as a remote MCP server, then complete the OAuth sign-in. No API key, no secret to paste.

Interface showing a text field with 'Register this $20k deal in the portal' and various app logos floating above.

FAQ's

Still curious? Here are some quick answers to help clear things up

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is the open standard for how AI tools connect to other systems. Introw runs an OAuth-protected MCP server that exposes your partner program to your AI assistant, so it can read live data and take action, all scoped to your access.

Which AI tools can I connect?

Claude and ChatGPT have dedicated connectors on every plan. Any other MCP client, Cursor, Gemini, Windsurf, Notion AI, Langdock, and more, connects with the generic MCP connector, which needs the MCP add-on. The setup is the same everywhere: copy one server URL and sign in.

Do I have to build anything?

No. There's nothing to develop or maintain. You copy the MCP server URL from Integrations, add it in your AI tool, and complete a one-time OAuth sign-in. No API key, no middleware, no dev work.

Is it secure to let an AI act on my partner program?

Yes, and the safeguards are built in, not bolted on. Every assistant connects with its own login over OAuth, so it acts only within that person's access and reaches only the data they're already allowed to see. You decide per capability what runs automatically and what waits for human approval, and every action is written back to the CRM timeline for a full audit trail.

Where does the data come from, and does it stay current?

Every answer is read live from your CRM as the source of truth, so numbers and attribution are always current and auditable, never a cached copy. Every action the assistant takes writes straight back to the CRM.

Can partners use their own AI too?

Yes. The Partner MCP extends the same experience to the other side of the relationship. Partners connect their own AI assistant from the portal and work with only their own scoped data, registering deals, checking commissions and tiers, and collaborating, with nothing for you to set up.

What can the assistant actually do?

Read and act. It can search partners, prep a QBR, look up commissions, goals, and tiers, review form submissions, run a tier review, register a deal, update a record, and create tasks, all in plain language. Actions that change data take effect in your program, so you review what the assistant proposes before confirming.
