One Portal to manage all your vendors

Say goodbye to juggling 15 different vendor portals
A HubSpot solutions provider sells HubSpot, but they also sell Make, Aircall, PandaDoc, Gong, and fifteen other tools. Every vendor has a portal. Every portal has a different login. Every login hides commission, MDF, pipeline, and communications behind yet another dashboard your partner has to remember to check.
So they don’t. Deals stall because nobody updates the vendor portal. MDF goes unclaimed because nobody logs in to request it. Commissions get chased over email. Announcements get missed. The vendor blames the partner for being disengaged, but the partner has 15 portals and a business to run.

Introw gives partners one portal for all the vendors they work with
Log in once. See every Introw-powered vendor relationship in a single view, with full context on commission, MDF, pipeline, and communications.
How the Unified Partner Experience works
Headless collaboration
Ask Claude or your AI agent about any vendor: deals, tasks, commissions, forms, goals, tiers, engagement, deal coaching. No portal to open, the partner experience comes to you.

Two-way CRM sync. Your process stays yours.
Most vendor portals force partners to work inside the vendor’s pipeline, using the vendor’s stages, and updating the vendor’s records. Introw does the opposite. Two-way sync keeps both CRMs aligned on pipeline, comments, and deal activity, automatically. The partner keeps their own pipeline stages and their own process. The vendor keeps clean data. Introw handles the translation in the middle.

Commission, MDF, and communication. All in one feed.
Every vendor’s commission balance, MDF budget, and announcements surface in the same unified portal. No chasing payout emails, no logging into vendor X to check your MDF and vendor Y to check your commission. All of it is here, side by side, always current.

Add more vendors. Get more value per login.
Invite vendors you already work with to join the unified experience, or browse Introw-powered vendors in the network who are actively looking for partners. Every new vendor you add means one less portal to juggle. The more vendors run on Introw, the more every partner benefits from a single login.

What is the Unified Partner Experience exactly?
A single portal where partners can see every Introw-powered vendor they work with in one place. One login, one interface, one feed for commission, MDF, pipeline, and communications across all vendor relationships.
How does the two-way CRM sync work without forcing partners to change their process?
Introw links corresponding objects between the partner’s CRM and the vendor’s CRM and keeps them in sync automatically. The partner works in their own pipeline stages and their own tools. Introw handles the translation between the two systems in the background. When the partner moves a deal forward, the vendor’s CRM updates. No one has to adopt the other side’s process.
Does this only work with vendors who are already on Introw?
The unified view works with Introw-powered vendors. If a vendor you work with isn’t on Introw yet, you can invite them directly from your portal. Once they connect, that vendor relationship appears alongside all your others. You can also discover vendors in the Introw network who are already looking for partners.
As a vendor, how does this benefit my partner program?
Partners engage more because engaging is easier. They’re already in Introw for their other vendor relationships, so your program is visible by default. You get cleaner CRM data through two-way sync, MDF that actually gets claimed, announcements that actually get read, and partners who show up because they don’t need a new tool to do so.
What’s the difference between this and a standard vendor portal?
A standard vendor portal is one login for one vendor. The Unified Partner Experience is one login to manage all the vendors. The difference is where the portal is optimized for: most portals are built for the vendor’s convenience. Introw is built for the partner’s. That shift, from vendor-centric to partner-centric, is what makes engagement actually happen.
