Partnership Management

250+ prompts to run your partner program from Salesforce, Slack & Claude

You don't need another tab. You need the right question.

Most partner teams know what they want to ask. Which partners went quiet this quarter? Which deals overlap with a direct opportunity? Who should move up a tier? The answer is somewhere in Salesforce, but getting to it means a report, an export and an afternoon in a spreadsheet.

This library skips that step. It's 250+ prompts written for partner managers, partner ops, RevOps and partnership leaders, each one tied to a real job in your week. Run them in Claude for work that needs reasoning, or in Slack for quick answers and anything your partners take part in. Every action writes back to Salesforce, so your CRM stays the single source of truth.

Your team works in ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Teams? The prompts work there too.

What's in the library

Prompts are grouped by the job, not the tool, so you can find the one you need in seconds.

  1. Partner recruitment: Profile your best partners from your Salesforce win data, score new markets against that profile and draft the outreach.
  2. Onboarding and activation: See who's stuck, who went quiet and why, then nudge them with a task that reaches them in Slack, Teams or email.
  3. Deal and lead registration: Register opportunities, leads and custom objects in a sentence, check for channel conflict and route anything above your threshold to you.
  4. Co-selling and deal coaching: Get the next best action on every open partner opportunity, for your reps and your partners.
  5. Enablement and content: Find the right asset for a deal, share it and track who opened it.
  6. Business reviews: Build the QBR pack from live Salesforce data, then turn the meeting into comments, owned tasks and updated goals.
  7. Commissions, goals and tiers: Check payouts, track goal progress and spot the partner who earned a promotion a quarter ago.
  8. Reporting and insights: Ask about partner-sourced revenue and pipeline in plain language and find the risk hiding behind a healthy number.

A taste of what's inside. Copy it into Claude and run it on your own partners.

"Show me every partner with no registered opportunity in Salesforce in the last 60 days. Group them by tier, tell me the most likely reason for each, and draft one nudge per group."
"Check this new partner deal against open opportunities in Salesforce. If there's an overlap with a direct deal, flag the account owner and tell me who registered first."
"Build a QBR pack for [partner]: pipeline, won revenue, goal progress and open tasks. Put the three biggest risks at the top."

What changes, on documented figures

  • Registering a deal: from 8 to 15 minutes in a portal form to under 90 seconds
  • Preparing a QBR: from 2 to 4 hours of assembly to about 10 seconds, plus 15 minutes of your editing
  • Time to a partner's first deal: from 6 to 12 months to 5 days

FAQ's

Still curious? Here are some quick answers to help clear things up

Do I need Introw to use these prompts?

The prompts are written to run on your live partner data through Introw, which connects Claude and Slack to Salesforce. Without that connection, Claude can't read your opportunities or write back to the record. You can get started on the free plan.

Which prompts should I start with?

Deal registration. It's closest to revenue, your partners notice it on day one, and it produces the data every other prompt runs on. Add activation and reporting next, and leave recruitment for last.

When should I use Claude and when should I use Slack?

Use Claude for work that needs reasoning, like a QBR pack, a program review or a recruitment brief. Use Slack for quick answers and anything your partners join in on, like registering a deal. Both write to the same Salesforce.

Do partners need a Salesforce seat?

No. Partners never get a Salesforce user. They work from their own Salesforce through Partner Connect, or from the portal, Slack, Teams, email or an AI assistant.

Do I need to build anything?

No. In Claude, go to Settings, then Connectors, search for Introw and sign in with your Introw login. No API key, nothing to configure. Then copy a prompt and run it.
