5 partner playbooks: How to run your partner program from Claude & Slack

The five playbooks
Every playbook lists its steps and shows who owns each one: the agent, you, or your partner.
- Finding new partners: Profile your best partners from your own win data, score a new market against that profile, find the firms and contacts, and draft the outreach sequence. You approve it and make the call.
- Onboarding and activating: See where every partner is in their journey, who went quiet and why. Nudge them with a comment and a task that reach them in Slack, Teams or email. Nine partners with the same blocker get one message, not nine.
- Deal registration: Partners register deals in a sentence. The agent completes your real form, checks for channel conflict against the CRM and approves routine deals automatically. Anything above your threshold comes to you, with the reason.
- Business reviews: The QBR pack builds itself, with risks at the top. After the meeting, one prompt turns the recording into deal comments, owned tasks and updated goals.
- Insights: Ask about your partner performance in plain language. Find the concentration risk behind a healthy number, or the partner who should have been promoted a tier ago, and act on it.
